2. New Client Prep
- Gather up-to-date vaccination records (distemper, parvo, rabies)
- Prepare a list of your top 3 training goals or behavioral concerns
- Ensure you have a standard 6ft leash and your dog's favorite high-value rewards
- Complete the detailed handler questionnaire sent via email
3. After Form Submission
Once you hit submit on the contact form below, a mission-lead trainer from APEX K9 will review your details within 24 business hours. We will reach out via phone or email to schedule your discovery call, where we'll finalize your training path and confirm your first session logistics.
